(48 hours) to have the puppy examined by a licensed vet to ensure the puppy is in good health at your expense.**NOT HAVING
THE PUPPY EXAMINED BY A LICENESED VETERINARIAN WITHIN THE 48 HOUR PERIOD WILL VOID THIS
CONTRACT**. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT I MUST SEND A COPY OF PROOF THAT I HAVE TAKEN SAID PUPPY TO THE VET IN THE ALLOTTED 48 HOUR PERIOD. I UNDERSTABD THAT I HAVE 4 BUSINESS DAYS IN WHICH TO SEND THE PROOF BACK TO THE SELLER AND IF I DO NOT SEND THE PROOF IT WILL VOID THIS CONTRACT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VET BILLS INCURRED BY YOU. The buyer understands that no condition that is treatable, corrcetable, breed related, or a condition that the puppy will outgrow is covered by this agreement. (Including, worms,coccidiosis, umbilical hernias, inguinal hernias, cherry eyes and open fontanels, any type of mite to include Demodex) which are not considered life threatening if treated properly. Internal and External parasites are not grounds for declaring a dog/puppy unfit. If the vet finds anything seriously wrong with the puppy a letter must be provided on the VETS own
letter head and the puppy must be returned within the guranateed period. In this event the puppy will be replaced with one of
equal value at once or when one is available. But if one of equal value is not available I will have the choice of picking
another puppy from another litter with the knowledge that the price may be different (as each puppy may be priced
differently) and i agree to pay the difference in price.*****NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN***** In the event of
death, DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE PUPPY without approval of the seller. The seller has the right to request an autopsy
by the STATE LAB AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE ( Due to the fact that the puppy died in the buyers care). Euthanasia (putting
the puppy to sleep) will void this guarantee. The seller assumes no responsobility on this puppy after it leaves the premises,
to include medical expenses, mortality, landlords disapproval, allergy to animals, disagreement of family, or for any other
reason. A puppy is not a pair of shoes to take home and try out. It is further understood that the seller makes no guranatees
as to size, color, breeding ability, dispostion or gentic defects of your puppy. By signing this agreement the buyer is relinquishing his/her right to return the puppy for congential or hereditiary disorders. By purchasing a puppy from WADESWEELITTLEPUPS and by signing this agreement the buyer has indicated that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to the terms set forth in this contract. This agreement is a legal instrument and buyer agrees that HE/SHE agrees that no other guarantees or warranties have been made either expressed or implied by the seller.
