understand that all dogs/puppies will be shipped within 14 days of full payment and weather permitting. I also
understand that said puppy will not be shipped until it is between 9-12 weeks of age. I also understand that if somthing
happens to said puppy while in the airlines care, it is the buyers responsibility to get in touch with the necessary people
with the airlines to resolve this issue. I also understand that the seller is not responsible for the puppy after it leaves
the sellers care (AS IT WILL BE OUT OF THE SELLERS CONTROL AND CARE). I understand I will have to deal
with the airlines not the seller (BUT THE SELLER WILL DO ALL THEY CAN TO HELP YOU). I understand that once
I have said puppy in my possession I have 48 HOURS in which to take said puppy to the vet. By purchasing a puppy from
WADESWEELITTLEPUPS and by signing this agreement the buyer has indicated that he/she has read, understands, and
agrees to the terms of this contract and that no other representation has been made to sold puppy except set forth in
writing in this contract.
